SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping to Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.

It takes up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse in Belgium. Delivering orders currently takes up to 5 business days in Belgium. For international deliveries, it takes up to 10 business days to receive your order. We ship with BPost and GLS.

All orders are shipped from Belgium. We do not control any duty/taxes that may occur to the package. The customer will be held responsible for any additional charges like customs clearance and/or handling fees. Customs policies vary from country to country (outside Europe) so please contact the local customs office for further information.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days after receiving your order. We’ve made sure the process is hassle-free. Please contact our customer service beforehand via info@zarinarouge.com. No parcel shall be accepted without checking with us first.

If you decide to return an item, please ensure it’s in perfect condition. This means in their initial state with all tags attached and sent back to us in their original packaging. To qualify for a refund or exchange the item returned must be unworn and undamaged.
Any items that are returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. If somehow your purchase is damaged up on receipt, please contact our customer service right away. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.

Please take into account that Returns are at your own expense. We highly recommend providing a tracking number to locate your return accurately.  we can not be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Once we receive your return, you will get a confirmation email from our customer service department. Gift cards are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected and you do not wish to replace the product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping, Taxes and import costs are nonrefundable.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of an error.
