If you use your handbag on a daily or regular basis, we recommend treating it with a protectant spray such as Nanex every 4 weeks. Spray your handbag evenly from a distance of 20cm. For an optimal effect, repeat this action by applying a second coating. Let your bag dry 24h before using or storing. Leather is unique in the sense that it's strong and durable yet still a living and natural material. Always keep in mind that even if you are protecting your bag regularly with a protectant spray, leather is never entirely waterproof. Therefore, it is best to avoid heavy rainfall. If you, however, end up in an unexpected rain shower, make sure to dry your bag at once. Smooth leather is the most fragile kind, so make sure to be gentle with your bag.
